What is BlinQ?

Blinq is a cloud-based quoting management platform that helps window furnishing businesses create quotes and manage leads, suppliers, purchase orders, and more. It enables users to generate on-site quotes with details including customer information, product type, approval status, and pricing breakdown.

Blinq allows enterprises to store customer contacts in a centralized database and organize job statuses as approved, on hold, ready to fit, canceled, or completed through the dashboard. The solution integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Office 365, which helps users schedule upcoming appointments and assign multiple jobs to staff members. Clients can also receive automated notifications for appointments as well as job locations via SMS or emails, improving overall experience and interaction with the brand.

Blinq enables administrators to customize quote layouts and export work order sheets as printable files or in Excel/PDF formats. Users can create purchase orders from approved quotes and track the status of orders from the estimated arrival date to delivery completion. Businesses can also process payments via credit or debit cards, linked bank accounts, or third-party applications as well as generate sales reports.

Great customisable product

At first we were drawn to their commitment to upload our information on our behalf, and to customise the software as we required. Even so, we did not realise how big the project would be. Pros

We really like that the software lays all the options out in a linear way, so it ensures all the necessary fields are completed.

Cons

There are certain things that are not as customisable, but due to the nature of the window furnishing industry this is understandable.
