VWO Insights is a cloud-based software that helps eCommerce businesses analyze website visitor behavior and diagnose and resolve issues, in order to help enhance the overall customer experience. The screen recording module lets organizations record customer mouse trails to access visited webpages, time spent on a webpage, and drop off rates.
VWO Insights allows administrators to visualize click and scroll behaviors using heatmaps, click maps, scroll maps, and element lists. The survey module enables analyzers to create desktop, mobile, or browser-specific on-page surveys and feedback forms, such as ratings, check-boxes, drop-down menus, multiple choice questions, and more. It allows employees to configure analysis funnels to generate behavior analytics based on pre-defined parameters, including link clicks, engagement on specific webpages, generated revenue, and submitted forms, and more.
VWO Insights offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party applications such as WordPress, Magenta, Shopify, and Clicktale. It also lets users segment website visitors based on multiple categories, including returning or new customers, locations, language preferences, and operating systems.

Great a/b testing -and more- solution

Pros
A game-changer for my website analytics. The user interface is so intuitive, and I appreciate how it allows to track and analyze website performance in real time. It's also really easy to segment my data and draw meaningful insights from it.Invaluable tool for our digital marketing and increasing the overall CR of the eCommerce site.
Cons
Not really about the tool itself but it's becoming harder and harder to standarize and isolate A/B testing and gather valuable insights (and time to analize them) with the increase in variables and dimensions in the multiples consumer journeys.A bit pricy if you need standard a/b testing.
