I like the flexibility it gives my customers to pay either via ACH or credit card. For making payments to carriers, I love the convenience. > > **Cons**: They charge monthly and their competitor SimplyEasierPayments doesn't. This has caused me to consider switching at times but I haven't yet because I haven't yet researched how the competitor works. The second con is they say that we can pay other insurance companies for only 50 cents. However, most are not findable when I do a search and I have to pay them via their regular link and pay the normal fee. > > Good experience. They advertise that when an insurance company or agency is paying another insurance company or agency, that it is only 50 cents.
