> **Pros**: There are many great parts about WinPharm from a pharmacy owner and user perspective. First, this system has been around a while and is very intuitive to use from receiving, inputting, filling, dispensing and selling a prescription. It was increadibly easy to train the staff on how to use the software. Additionally, we didn't have to pay for all sorts of integrations such as, fax, e-scribing, text messaging, POS...it is all included at an exceptional competitive pricing. We also love the fact that if we need support help that we can call and talk to a live person immediately.

> **Cons**: Really there is not much to dislike about the software. The only thing I can think of is that the interface does look a bit "older", but there is just so much I like as an owner and user of the software.

> There have been a few issues with the software not having functionality that we needed. We made WinPharm aware of these issues and they actually programmed in what we needed.
