4- you don’t have an online payment method for your customers to pay monthly ( we have to send a check)  which is strange nowadays

Ride reservations will enter the ride processing center with phone, app, web, and Excel uploads.   The back-end office application does fleet communication with a click of a button. Viewing the availability status of an on-demand service vehicle within a region, live on the map, and direct push-to-talk communication with the driver is all part of the IT CURVES traveler management cloud.    \n\nThe customer transportation booking tool allows users to view scheduled trips and fare estimates, access ETA, send instructions to drivers, process payments, leave tip ratings, and select preferred vehicle types, such as sedan (wheelchair WAV), limo, hybrid, and shuttle. Administrators can also set up billing terms, cancellation fees, tip amount limits, and pickup rates for post-paid accounts across taxicab, para-transit, and limousine services.   \nIT CURVES' fleet management tool enables staff members to track vehicle license renewals, maintain an inventory list, and manage repair tickets.
