> **Cons**: In an extremely digital age, I do believe that LMN’s greatest drawback is the clunkiness of the software. The most important thing may be knowing your numbers, but a close second is ease of use. Automations, aesthetics, and lack of user-friendliness have been the hardest parts of utilizing this software.

> Our overall experience with LMN has been positive. I truly believe that every person employed by LMN genuinely wants to see our business and our team be successful. That honestly goes such a long way in this day and age\! Ease of use and good interface. Easy to understand from a field perspective when the crews are logging in.

> **Cons**: Not able to choose how we want our invoice template to look. It would be helpful if there were at least 5 or more templates to choose from. The current template looks like the information is jammed together and the font for the company name appears very large in comparison to the rest of the invoice.

 has been wonderful to deal with on a bi-weekly basis as our customer success manager. These sessions help alot.
