\- Mail stops getting lost. Inbound mail is captured, classified and routed automatically from your org chart by a deep-learning model, with a processing deadline attached from the start.

- Outbound mail leaves without leaving the platform. Ordinary or registered post through the Maileva connector, email, or registered electronic mail with proof of deposit and receipt captured in real time.

- One view per case instead of a folder hunt. The 360-degree folder view puts documents, metadata and exchanges related to the same file together, so a colleague can pick up a case without asking where anything is.

- Manual filing largely disappears. OCR, handwriting recognition and barcode recognition read each document, and AI fills its index fields, including table line items on invoices and quotes.

- Paper handwriting is not a separate workflow. HTR handles handwritten forms and OBR reads barcodes, so mixed paper batches go through the same pipeline.

- Answers instead of result lists. The document assistant responds to natural-language questions against the Elise repository, and prompts that work can be saved, shared and reused.

- Retention is decided once, at entry. Archival class, retention period and final disposition are proposed automatically and validated by your records managers, so nothing accumulates unclassified.

- Compliance is documented, not asserted. Complete logging, exportable audit trail, NF 461 certified archiving, RGS and eIDAS compliant signature, GDPR-aligned retention and erasure.

- Sensitive data stays in a sovereign environment. ISO/IEC 27001, SecNumCloud in France, the N-Cloud national label in Tunisia, and HDS for French health data.

> **Pros**: I like the easy of use and the flexibility of the dashboards. Having the ability to do all my work from one screen has allowed me to become more productive with less distractions. I used to work with 4-5 different apps and now I can integrate them all on one dashboard screen.
Utilizing electronic forms and 3rd party integration is very easy and the support has been great.
It's very feature rich but not confusing to work with.

Thanks to the electronic signature, the complete mail management process can be dematerialized.
