> **Pros**: The reporting functionality was amazing. You could get a report for basically anything that you process through the system. The best part is, their developers can quickly create a report foir you if you are having trouble with the personalized reporting.

> **Cons**: Navigating the system is a bit of a process. This application could definitely be better streamlined.
