Les apprenants ont particulièrement apprécié les visuels de la roadmap 2026 autour du sport, l'« l’Esprit des Champions ». Une interface, propre, relativement simple et suffisamment flexible pour ne pas avoir à s'équiper de LMS. Un accompagnement opérationnel qui ne fait pas mentir la démarche commerciale de départ et qui traite nos problématiques avec la proximité nécessaire.

> **Pros**: Je suis une utilisatrice régulière d'Edflex, je suis vraiment ravie des contenus qui sont proposés. Ils sont nombreux, variés et riches.
Il est également possible de pouvoir se former sur un thème précis et ce dans une autre langue, on optimise ainsi au maximum le temps d’apprentissage… 👌, à la fois d’une compétence et d’une langue.

Edflex est vraiment simple d’utilisation, je me connecte aussi via mon téléphone ce qui fait qu’écouter un podcast ou suivre un cours fait désormais partie de ma routine du matin.

La plateforme Edflex nous oriente et conseille dans les parcours qui peuvent être proposés au quotidien, ce qui nous fait gagner un temps fou pour nos communications internes.
En termes d’image employeur nous sommes certains, grâce à l’accompagnement sur mesure d’Edflex, de ne pas passer à côté d’une actualité importante. 
De plus, ils proposent également  une personnalisation à notre image.

J’apprécie également la relation que nous avons avec mes interlocuteurs de chez Edflex, ils sont super réactifs, disponible et forces de propositions pour mes aléas du quotidien. Nous interagissons très souvent et cette chouette relation s’est installée immédiatement.

Pour toutes les raisons énumérées, je recommande Edflex sans modération...😉

> **Cons**: J'aurais aimé qu'on puisse filtrer les contenus par date, histoire de s'assurer qu'on transmette bien les bonnes informations.
Si je visionne le contenu "L'allocation aux adultes handicapés", je ne suis pas certaine que la ressource soit encore d'actualisée. Partager ce type de contenu publié en 2019 nous incite à être plus vigilant.

Je suis conquise par le catalogue et suis convaincue qu'il s'adresse vraiment à tout le monde.
Il peut arriver qu'on souhaite se former à son rythme et à sa convenance sans forcément le partager.
