The emails that we can send to guests are professional and can be personalised and amended to suit. Whenever we have had had call to contact customer support they have been incredibly helpful and patient (especially for those of us who are not as tech savvy as others\! )
The reports make comparing year on year differences simple. Overall Caterbook has been great for us as a business.
