And if I do not reach anyone they will callback. There has been times I didn't leave a voicemail and someone still called back. There can be some miscommunication when requesting for updates like possibly the DaySmart team member needs more training to know how the system fully works. And I say that because we have utilized DaySmart Vet when it was called Vetter, so a good amount of years.
