Budget forecasting is a useful tool. We now know how much money is left after not knowing before. A lot of help for the boss. It works well to connect to Xero. The invoice goes straight through, and there are no copy-and-paste errors.

> **Cons**: It doesn't have a native Zoho Books integration, so we have to sync our data manually. Zapier is an option for that but would cost us extra.

> Time tracking in Projectworks alongside project budgets has been great for us. It helps us see where we spend our time and how profitable it stays. Much better than the mess we were in before, losing billable hours without even realizing it.
