The step-by-step instructions which can be found with their online support is very useful and shareable with clients when they need to know how to do something in Quickbooks. I like the Accountant Tools features because it helps me to make corrections and changes much easier \& quicker. I also really like the newer Books Review page. It helps me to clean up client books and message them with questions directly out of Quickbooks. I like that it is cloud based so there is no longer fear of a clients books getting lost on a damaged computer or network. Also, it allows me to be able to provide accounting services to my clients from home no matter where they are located. > > **Cons**: There are a few quirks with some of the newer features of the software, but I am sure those will get worked out.
