> **Cons**: It broke our confidence and trust multiple times. We faced daily errors and booking issues from clients. The software was unintuitive, causing headaches for both staff and customers. These glitches led to thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

> Thumbs down.  Being locked in by a year contract should have been the first red flag.  The second giant red flag was when leaving Aura Salonware to move our data to a new provider - they wanted $750 for us to get OUR OWN data (client notes, formulas, appointment history and sales).

> **Cons**: sometimes there are network connection issues (not wifi, but aura related) which makes the checkout process pretty long, but most of the time that issue is resolved quickly

> Overall, I do like using Aura and whenever I show our software to a new hire, they are so impressed with how paperless and tech-friendly everything is, especially the fact that we are able to text not only our stylists for a digital check in, but we can two-way-text with guests which is super helpful
