We don't spend as much with Autotrader anymore. We love that it's responsive so all my customers can see and interact with everything we put up on the website which is big for us because we have lots of shoppers that don't have home computers and use their cellphone for everything. I'm also not very tech savvy and I have no problem jumping into the site to update things or add pictures so ease of use is a big one for me. Any time we need an update or are looking for some help with building out a promo on the website customer service is fast to help out even sometimes when we wait till the last minute. > > **Cons**: The only thing I can really come up with is that this system does so much and they are always adding more to it that if you don't set aside some time to learn and use the new stuff you just know you're missing out.
