- check-in and check-out
- children's information such as date of birth, immunization records, allergy alert, notes to enter other details including their healthcare number in case of emergency
- parents' details including emergency contact and safe pick up list 

Though there are other features that may be beneficial for others to use, for me those mentioned above are enough to make documenting information in my playschool as easy as possible. My daily record keeping is easy to manage. There is also an option to send text or email to parents using the app but I haven't tried that yet as I have my business phone and email that I use. But given these perks, I will be glad to try them someday\!

> **Cons**: I was able to try both their old software and the new one, I must say the new one is very intuitive. If there is one feature I missed about the old software is the ability to see the check-in highlighted in different color rather than plain black to easily distinguish who are the children already in attendance and not yet in. But the new software has only one option to press when checking in and out unlike the old one which is two buttons. This is a good upgrade for the new one since parents are not confused anymore about which button to press. Also, I would say daily email reporting does not show the name of the student being checked in or checked out, it will be great if the name is also included and not just the time.

I can always export the files to my google sheet if needed for reporting. I will not switch to another provider as this software has given me the ease of use, affordability, and great features that I can't seem to find in others without breaking my budget. Best of all, I always get great customer service which I can reach out to any time through email. Response time is pretty quick and they assist me right away with my queries and precise instructions.
