> **Pros**: This software has been a game-changer for our sponsorship program here in Tanzania. The customer support is top notch, and upon letting the team know what our minimum requirements were to switch our program over to Clarity, these requirements were soon developed and released. I especially like the automation around emails/communication with sponsors, which we were previously doing manually. The platform is easy to use, and our sponsors enjoy using it.

> **Cons**: It's hard to fault Clarity. There are some areas where the features are a little light, but this is completely to be expected as a recently developed platform in active development. The team are fantastic to work with, transparent about their development roadmap, and very receptive to feature ideas. I have full faith that any features that are missing will make their way into the software in time.

> **Pros**: It is  easier to use than other membership software and is great for smaller companies and non-profits to setup and administer their daily duties and workflows. It does donations, non-profit CRM, and membership management very well.

> **Cons**: Their knowledge base and help desk needs to be updated more often. Also need more help articles and videos. I was able to set everything up on my own because of past experience with similar software.
