Chatabox is a cloud-based user-friendly CRM that is highly scalable based on a user's needs and designed to help small to medium businesses manage their client management and contact management needs in one spot, including for marketing campaigns, appointments and reminders, leads and pipeline management and more. Monitor and track client interactions with our built-in search functionality so users can locate reports, emails, files, and calendar items based on your clients using customised criteria.
Chatabox includes a document management system, which lets organisations store documents and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a centralised repository. It offers a host of features such as customizable templates, predefined reports, data synchronization, custom fields, data import, audit logs, a drag-and-drop interface, and more. Administrators can also create, share, and manage projects and design workflows to store and monitor documents, notes, emails, and other project activities.
Chatabox allows users to schedule one-time or recurring reminders and appointments, add private or public notes with digital signatures, maintain a client database, and generate and share invoices with clients. Users can also gain insights into recent sales, tasks, project progress, campaign performance, and opportunities via a centralised dashboards. The dashboards are customisable.
The software also integrates with Google calendar and Microsoft Outlook and Mailchimp for easy use, so users don't need to flip between different applications to update their calendar or run marketing emails. This is an intuitive CRM. Easy to navigate and use. I found I was able to set up what I needed in a relatively short space of time.
Cons
Occasionally when logging on there is a lag in loading. Once logged-in everything works efficiently and speedily.

Pros
This is the most cost-effective option. It has a beautifully designed UX and reasonably straightforward software, making it incredibly easy for new staff to master it quickly. Tons of customization to satisfy the demands of most smaller to mid-sized enterprises. It certainly does assist us in monitoring our prospects to continue to advance them through to the sales funnel, converting them into customers. Then it helps us handle such connections successfully.
Cons
I discovered that it needs improvement by monitoring leads as they go from one conversation to the next before making a sale. We're attempting to find out the best approach to monitoring such information, and I think something should be introduced to aid that.

Pros
Useable out of the box – minimal configuration required plus related Compliance, Payments, and Reporting tools - one source of data truth and no coding required.
Cons
It would be great if you could schedule re-occurring tasks.

Pros
Its extensive features and simple layout, coupled with its value for money, makes it one of the pre-eminent CRM providers.
Cons
The invoice template could have slightly more company information, such as the ABN details.

Pros
Easy to grasp the basic concepts of how to use this platform if someone has no experience with it. A platform perfect for big or small businesses as it allows for a lot of customization.
Cons
Well there is nothing much to dislike about Chatabox as it is a complete enterprise solution for our daily/weekly use.
