Their customer service is unbeatable, the ease of integration with other vendors we use into TAI, and the fact that they are always up-to-date with the latest trends in Trucking/Tech, makes it a no-brainer to stay with Tai. Tai is very user-friendly. Beware of fake reviews. TAI TMS will string you along and even if it's determined that their TMS will not work for your company - they will still charge you for months. The training is subpar and outsourced overseas. We were in for about $6K, and after months of trying to make it work, we couldn't even make a rate con in a timely manner. We asked upper management if we could just move on - and they never responded but have charged us over $2K this month and plan on charging us another $2K for June. So we are out over $10K and got absolutely nothing out of their TMS.
