For example, it integrates with my current infrastructure, users don't have learn a new tool, documents are stored in SharePoint, and it has been designed to quickly get your job done. The biggest benefit is the iGlobe Outlook Addins. I love the idea of not having to go into the CRM to create a new Note. From my Outlook Client (web, desktop or mobile), I can file emails, add notes and so on. Simple and intuitive. > > **Cons**: Installing the software is a bit of a chore. Because it is mounted on top of our SharePoint environment, you require Global Admin access to get the site collection built, and addins deployed. You can configure quite a bit, but you need to know SharePoint to create new Lists, and items. There are no security levels. If you are in the CRM you can see everything.
