The customer service representatives have ignored multiple requests to cancel my account and instead claim the issue is being dealt with by another department, that they do not give me any contact details or reference for. I only used the software for about half an hour and have not been able to access my account t since. They continue to draw payments from my card despite my appeals. I am disgusted by the lack of service I have received from their support team.
