The customer service at Slerp is incredible, with live chat whenever we need it to deal with real-time ops issues or technical questions.
We’ve been able to build out our catering offer from a back-end process perspective in addition to regular ordering, leading to long-term relationships with high value customers. 
Our bottom line has improved hugely since using Slerp as we are now driving more volume through our own channels, therefore paying less commission.

> Overall, I've had a good experience with Slerp, both using it and receiving customer support from the team at Slerp. The biweekly meetings are very helpful in bringing up issues and they are mostly fixed right on spot. I also like the constantly-improving features part of the software.
