- Significant Inventory Improvement : PALMS is excellent in transaction management; highly efficient and effective in inbound, outbound, put away, order picking, shipping, cycle counts, etc. PALMS has helped us keep track of every product from purchase to the final user, updating the status and state of the material at every point, and able to easily manage returns from final user back to our warehouse.

Customer support is active and gives quick response.

Detailed analysis of problem with permanent corrective actions is missing which needs to be improved.
Also, software to be little more user friendly. Data which customer needs must be available easily for the customer. Every small change should not be treated as customization.

Need to focus on permanent actions on repetitive issues.
System is good and palms team should motivate customer to use all the available features.
There should be frequent interactions with customer to explain the available features which may be customer is not using. This will help customer to improve the operations and then they will have more confidence on Palms.

Adding to its flexibility, PALMS is capable of interacting with other systems via CSV files, Rest APIs and Staging tables. \nThe CSV interfacing between the software is achieved over FTP Data exchange. This is achieved by having a common accessible network folder for PALMS and an external system to interact. The respective systems prepare the data in a specified format and move the files to the common network folder. A file watcher service keeps an eye on new files that are moved to the network folder and picks it up for processing.\nAs an alternative to CSV files, PALMS is also flexible to integrate with external systems via staging tables. This is achieved by having staging tables on an independent database from PALMS which can be accessed by an external software to exchange data. Similarly, for outbound flow, PALMS uses the exposed staging tables from the external system for the data flow.\nThe third method of interfacing that PALMS offers is via Rest API.
