> **Pros**: Built right in the Google Work/Google Sheet ecosystem. If you love Google Sheets (we do\!) this tool works seamlessly, no issues syncing, all the time. The UI is clear and super easy to follow. Very clean and fast. Multiple QuickBooks Online Files pointing to one spreadsheet is fab for our Entrepreneur clients with multiple entities. If you have any clients with multiple QuickBooks Online files, this tool will save you time by pushing all data into one cloud friendly space.

It connects your QuickBooks data directly to Google Sheets and keeps everything updated in real time, so no more downloading files or chasing down numbers. I use it to track financials across multiple clients, and it’s made reporting way easier and faster. The templates are super helpful, setup is quick, and the support team is actually responsive. If you live in spreadsheets and want to save time (and sanity), definitely give it a try.

> **Cons**: The main downside with LiveFlow is that it’s pretty dependent on Google Sheets—so if your team prefers Excel or another tool, it’s not as useful. Also, while it’s powerful, the pricing might be a bit steep for smaller teams or solo consultants. And like any automation tool, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first to get everything set up exactly how you want it. Once it’s running, though, it’s smooth sailing.

> **Pros**: Endlessly customizable, especially with the help of AI. I was previously limited with the standard QBO reports. LiveFlow has solved that problem.

> **Cons**: Support was better when it first launched, and now it seems the support agents aren't as well versed in the software. But I'm usually able to get the support I need after escalating the issue.
> 
> Setup was a bit tricky, and it took some getting used to. There a bugs often, and it causes some frustration with my clients. But overall, it has been such a positive experience that it's worth it in the end.
