I can even get some of my older, more computer illiterate customers to book with little issue. Being able to upload and save files for each appointment is great and had enabled my department to cut down on paper documents and waste less paper and toner, plus finding the documents is as easy as going back to the date or searching with a keyword. > > **Cons**: The only con we have faced is with uploading documents. You have to upload everything at once and then you can't upload more without deleting what is there and reuploading everything. I was able to bring this up with Opendock and they said they plan to update this feature, so hopefully that will be coming in the near future. > > I have been extremely satisfied with our implementation of Opendock for our company.
