> I got a notification saying my accoun t was permanently cancelled. I appealed and 15 minutes later thay came back saying they have looked at my account "carefully" and they found it breaches their policy.

I know for a fact that I did not commit the offence they accused me of and there is no way to appeal the denial of the appeal. 

Even in a court of law, you are told what you are accused of and provided the evidence and allowed to defend yourself. YouTube are a lw unto themselves. They took my money for premium membership, cancelled my account and instead of doing the right thing and refunding my money, I had to request it from them.

There is so much content housed on YouTube that just about any topic you can think of has tons of content related to it uploaded on YouTube. I like tackling projects myself whenever possible, so I especially like using YouTube for how-to videos.

> **Cons**: Having been a YouTube viewer since it's inception, there are two main cons that I can think of. First is the increase in advertisements over the years. I understand why they need to be there to continue to allow YouTube to be free for users, but it can still get a little annoying. Second is the fact that for many years, audio would pause on a mobile device when you left your YouTube screen or your screen went to sleep. Now, I understand you can pay for a premium account to eliminate this issue. But to me, I think that should be a free feature.
