> **Cons**: I had a litany of bad experiences with the software that caused me to eventually take my company somewhere else for business, such as:
 - Slow software performance
 - Slow response times regarding customer support
 - Promises of feature development and advancement that were never delivered
 - Exorbitant pricing for basic features like multi-locational support
 - Dated GUI that wasn't the most user-friendly
 - The software would constantly go down and stop working making payments with clients difficult as well as awkward situations when the salons were busy and clients were left standing around when they wanted to pay and leave

> Milano did the job, but it didn't do it in the best way the software could have, which caused extra work for my staff, and myself.

> **Cons**: There are issues with Home Office. Series purchased at one location sometimes do not show up at second location. Gift certificates also do not always transfer from one location to another. Very frustrating when both locations are extremely busy and need things to flow seamlessly.
