I like knowing that info is de-duped as well, and having the ability to market to prospects as well as patients is wonderful. > > **Cons**: Implementing the software was very difficult, there wasn't a linear instruction of what had to be done and when. There was no heads up on success criteria needing to be complete before a campaign is able to be analyzed, for example, when we first started. We also were told we didn't need physical addresses for patients to be uploaded into our system and then that detail changed later too. There were a lot of confusing moments in the beginning but over time the software and experience with it has improved. Also, would be great if we could get combined analysis for campaigns and touchpoints on one page.
