> **Pros**: We are so grateful to have found Narvar as a solution to managing our returns and improving the customer downstream shipping experience. The tool is built to accommodate unique scenarios (like our own) and is easy to set up. Anytime you have questions, the team is there and ready to help. They go out of the way to ensure that we're getting what we need from the product, even going as far as to have their engineering team create custom rules for us. No other product on the market would have been able to perform in accordance with our Donation Program for all returns so we appreciate the flexibility of the team and the tool itself. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]  and the engineers are all extremely helpful. Thank you guys\!

We've already relayed these to the team such as the ability to generate multiple labels per return cart and having the system look at the customers entire return history vs. just the current return cart.
