Very good and a the flexibility around set-up is good. Execview are always making improvements and taking feedback to make the quality of the tool and service to be above expectations.
Pros
It is very easy to use and implement. Very easy to configure workflows and set-up users and projects. The layout is excellent easy to navigate.
There is good audit trail with history of who did what.
Cons
Additional features i.e. lessons learned will definitely be beneficial.

Can't fault the level of support throughout the entire process, and the onboarding and training was brilliant.
Pros
Visually engaging and easy to use. As a Graphic Designer this is of particular importance to me. I can access the information I need rapidly without having to hunt through reams and reams of paper.
Cons
For us no, it does everything we need and an awful lot more besides. We can see the potential to "grow in" to the product as we grow.

Quick and easy set up & use for smaller portfolios
Cons
1. Clunky, old fashioned UI and UX (e.g. no drag and drop function)
2. Little flexibility available functions, rigid
3. Too simple and slow for large portfolios
4. Little integrating with 3rd party solutions

Having implemented enterprise applications of very large vendors (often USA based), working with a smaller UK focused organisation was a delight. Responses were prompt and pertinent and we often were able to have a dialogue directly with the senior architect which had excellent outcomes.
Pros
Ease of learning the basics. PM’s trained and proficient within 3 hours. Productivity gains for PMs and PMO. Incredible improvements in transparency. Powerful drill down reporting for senior management. Instant corporate roll-up. Powerful exception reporting. First class comprehensive risk management module. Very popular within the P3M community. Flexibility in development corporate metrics. Security model supported segregation by business unit. Ability to configure Concise Executive dashboards with real time data.
Cons
At the time of implementation, the method to dashboards replication did not use a full inheritance model. So replication across our 100+ accounts required more effort than anticipated. The part of the application has since been enhanced.

Execview as a company proved to be highly responsive to the needs of the customer and continually looked to innovate and improve its product to enhance the end-user experience. It offers all of the functionality required to govern, manage and deliver complex portfolios of projects, in a highly efficient and user friendly manner.
Pros
Execview provided a single source of the truth for project reporting and dispensed with outmoded Excel/PowerPoint templates. Used properly this is a go-to tool which helps the user manage their programme/project on a daily basis.
The ability to structure workflow supported and reinforced the company's delivery governance, and the ability to roll-up risks and project reporting proved invaluable.
Cons
No major dislikes/issues. The look and feel of the Execview UI was ok; however, this could be improved. I understand that this point is actively being addressed by the Execview team.
Would have been good to have a dedicated App for quickly accessing project status.
