It is our eyes and ears. Voluum has a beautiful UI, plenty of integrations, and it's straightforward to work with. They are always on top of new tech trends and share valuable insights with us. Voluum has all the metrics we need to track our campaigns; my favorite is the "suspicious visits" metric which detects bot traffic. The suspicious visits metric lets us view "bad" traffic so we can eliminate it quickly; this helps our campaigns get better ROI\! Another convenient feature is the audit log and shared reports; it lets us view and share data transparently. Several other companies can say they have beautiful UIs, robust features and excellent tools, but few companies go above and beyond with their customer support. Some of my queries are time-sensitive, and I'm thankful that their customer support is responsive and actually listens to my questions/feedback and implements it\! Dealing with them is a fantastic experience for me as it is apparent that they know our success also means their success. If I had to choose my favorite from their team, it would be \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. When I'm cooperating with her, it feels like she is an extension of my team.
