I can see all car deals, RO's, Dead Deals and any little thing that I need to find. It is easy to scan, the "intelligence" of the scanning software means I don't have to delete blank back pages, as it recognizes them and doesn't scan them. I can see what I have scanned. This one is important, as when you are scanning in as many documents as I do on a daily basis, sometimes you hit a wring key when creating the number to go with the items scanned. With Scan 123 I can see those numbers and VERY EASILY adjust them in the online application. The customer service is TOP NOTCH\! They answer me the same day usually and if it's late, they get back to me in the morning.
