> **Pros**: The UI is super easy to follow, the images of the snacks are detailed enough so that you know what you are getting. I love the "what's in your box" at the top with images so you can easily swap out items as you scroll through the menu.
As a gift giver, the ordering process is fool proof and the "up sell" options are relevant to your purchase.  I'm not being asked if I was a free subscription for a random magazine or something.

> **Cons**: I can't really think of anything that would have a major impact.  My only suggestion would be to add snack options for pets.  So many work from home folks have a fur friend to keep them company.  It would be nice to include them in the experience.

> Prior to SnackMagic I would purchase gifts for my team in hopes that they would like the item but worried that it would just be money thrown away. Gift cards were a good option, but they could not be expensed back to the company.  With SnackMagic, I can expense it and each team member can select things that they want on a budget that I set.  I don't have to worry about getting their address wrong or even having to pay for shipping, they take care of everything.  It becomes a challenge within the team to see who can get the closest to spending their entire budget and then when we all get together on a virtual call to open our boxes, it's fun to see who ordered the same items or get recommendations on what we should try next.
