I paused my subscription during the Covid 19 pandemic. Once I returned to the office I wanted to cancel my subscription. The Auto renewal was set to 23-th of May. On 6-th of May I decided to cancel it but couldn't find it in any directory or link on the website. I hit by mistake the unpause button and was immediately charged 58.8$ and my subscription was renewed until 6/6/2020. I didn’t want the service and I’m not intending to use it. It was done by a mistake and lack of option to cancel my subscription before unpausing it. So I turned immediately to support in chat, then followed it by phone call, then got an email basically saying it's your problem we are not going to refund you. I'm done with this product
