> **Pros**: Que combine la retribución flexible que les ofreces a los empleados con la posibilidad de asignar presupuestos de otros tipos de gastos

> **Cons**: La asignación de presupuestos a empleados, el asignar una cantidad específica de dinero no es muy intuitivo. Cuesta encontrarlo en el dahboard y se confunde el asignar un presupuesto con el que el empleado tiene un presupuesto asignado pero hay que incluirle fondos al mismo para que el empleado pueda utilizarlo.

> En general muy satisfactorio. El customer success funciona muy bien, al ser muy rápidos en contestar. Por lo que cualquier duda o problema con el uso se soluciona rápidamente. Y en general, lo empleados están encantados con su uso.
