> **Pros**: We use Kibo to be able to manage orders that are shipped from different locations. We have tried other solutions in the past but they did not work for us. &#10;Kibo allows you to see your orders and allocate them according to the conditions you set up and allocate them so you won't miss orders if inventory is available.&#10;After the platform is set up, it is very easy to start using it and users do not need long trainings to start working on it. We were ok after just a few hours of trainings.&#10;The dashboard is plain but has all the information you need and it is very easy to find the orders that need assistance or intervention.

> **Cons**: I have not found big cons so far. They should definitely improve the reports as they could be more customizable. The dashboard could also be improved to be less plain and maybe include some other information regarding the current statuses of your orders
