> **Pros**: Collaborate is highly customizable and is designed from a reporting perspective, meaning the system is built to deliver on reporting requirements from grants and funding sources, as well as to provide meaningful insight. The pre-built reports for VOCA were a key selling point for us, even though VOCA funding is only a portion of our overall program funding mix.

> **Cons**: Collaborate is highly customizable, so if you are clear about what you want/need in a system, then designing is a real struggle. The philosophical approach to "case" instead of "client" continues to be challenging for us in training new users who have experience with other systems. The user interface isn't great compared to other turnkey programs (Therapy Notes, for example), but the tradeoff is much more sophisticated design potential.
