Arriving at the door with my hands full and having facial recognition unlock the door is a major plus. Giving guests temporary or permanent access pins is super simple, and I can turn them off at any time. The integration with our Yale lock and the Swiftlane app makes the process seamless and wonderful. The setup was super simple; they did everything and trained us in just 5 minutes.

> **Cons**: Needs a reboot occasionally, but that is the same for all software. Only ince did the Swiftlane server go down so great uptime over 8 years.

> **Cons**: I despise when it does not work. Which is very often- particularly in the winter. It just stays stuck on the Swiftlane interface, and does not allow for Face ID, the pin, or any way to get in. This is terrible in weather that is 10-20 degrees Fahrenheit.

> Overall, Swiftlane has made my job easier. Our office is occasionally visited by staff that do not have a badge, and with the intercom, they can easily reach me and I can help them get in. I also enjoy the pin-code feature which helps these staff members who do not have a badge. I think that is my favorite feature. I don't have to be manning the door at all hours.
