Some came broken and service rep did not replace, he ignored us. Customer service is the worst. If you can ever get someone to answer, most likely they will have to switch you to one of two people who can actually help. Usually, there is no way to fix what is wrong. We have had bad or dropped connections. It is so bad, many staff just use their cell phone instead of the desk phone. The app does not work. Forwarded calls cannot be answered from the cell phone nor transferred. It is a waste of time.
