Its all combined into 1 which allows the user to not only have access to leave, HR & payroll module.

I find it user friendly and intuitive, with a comprehensive suite of tools available for use. I also like that it contains a repository of helpful resources such as HR reporting tools and method.

Cons

It lags and time consuming, hindering real time updates that efficiency in making use of the tools available.
