> Overall, the MS Forms are a reliable way to collect answers from users, as they provide with a good mix of features and ease of use. If you want a bit of extra, like I often do, it might be a bit tricky to set all the things and be sure that it is shown to the users in the exact way you wanted, but it is managable. If you do not need some extra features this is a great option, especially if your organization uses 365 so all your data is within the same system.
