> **Pros**: The platform is very easy to use and the reports are well constructed and easy to read. The customer support is very responsive and helpful in finding solutions to unique situations.

> **Cons**: You are not able to easily update "subjects" (those being assessed) on raters that did not complete the survey. We use the surveys externally and don't have a direct connection to the raters to encourage them to complete the survey and the automated reminders do not always catch their attention. We have to look up each subject and manually find raters that did not complete the survey and send the subject the list asking them to follow up with the raters.

> **Pros**: what I like about G360 is the ease of use, pay a flat rate per survey, choose from a menu of prebuild options and customize by adding your own questions. Super fast and helpful customer service that answered questions within 30 mins\!  You don't find that nowadays\!  Easy to deploy and track, the system did all of the heavy lifting.  The debrief was thorough and thoughtful.

> **Cons**: I probably could have seen this if I were to read more, but it would have been helpful to see some tips or flags of how many people min in a group (peers, direct reports) were needed to populate a group on the final report when launching the report.
