> I have been using Ahshay for the last two years and have found it to be very user friendly.   I have trained staff on the program and do to it being user friendly I have not had to spend days training them, but instead I now have my training down to two to three hours. The staff have been great to work with and have responded almost immediately.  All the reports I need are gathered within the system saving me hours of doing them by hand.  My first state survey took me about 15 to 20 hours of preparation work and with Ahshay it took me about an hour to get everything pulled.  I have worked with many programs prior to Ahshay and this has by far been the best program to work with.

> Great software, very user friendly.  In my opinion, the best in the industry for worker's compensation case management.
Not customizable for individual companies.
Limited to worker's compensation.
Calendar and invoicing functions need improvement.
