Beginning with its automated device finder and driver installation, MyQ X enables admins to remotely add new devices and configure them to group and individual user policies.

Admins have one-point oversight over connected devices via the web dashboard. This monitoring capability includes audit logs, user and device policies, and certified accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA level).

Managers have clear cost oversight with accounting and reporting options. These include green reports, user and group data, project and device-based accounting, and customizable billing controls. From the operational perspective, these document workflow controls also cut the risk of a data breach.

MyQ’s Embedded Terminal respects peoples' needs to encounter just one screen at work – regardless of the specific device, the brand, or whether or not it came with its own terminal. The Terminal's customizable UI can have one-touch buttons with actions selected for the specific device, individual user, or department.

MyQ X comes with the full portfolio of print management features like pull, direct, delegated, and tandem printing. The job roaming and device spooling options make it easier for workers on the go to easily print at the nearest or most available device.

MyQ X moves digitization forward with its advanced document processing capabilities such as automated form processing, OCR processing, data redaction, and zone recognition.

Document and user security with MyQ X starts with secure logins via 2FA and QR codes. It continues with pull printing, watermarks, GDPR compliance, and encryption of server-printer communication (IPPS), printer status (SNMP.v3) and the database.

It was easy to deploy and very positive feedback from the users.

Pros

Easy to customize, user friendly and lots of security features.

Cons

We can't use release all on some devices like small printers and select jobs on others as the same rule applies on all.
The limitation is reported and will probably solved in a near future.

I have used MyQ for over 5 years and I have seen so many improvements. It a great product and so many of my clients agree.

Pros

The best feature is the customised tiles, I can create some many buttons and define what I want them to do. It could be a simple colour copy button or an advanced SQL query with data return to store the information in a DM. So much power.

Cons

Not all manufacturers have the same feature but they are developing this all the time.

Pros

The ease of installation and maintenance. I've had had sites running on version 5.2 for 5 years with no issues.

Cons

No Support for Konica but that's not a MyQ issue it is a Konica issue.
