> **Pros**: We use a task system for all of our client requests and Timeneye works seamlessly with it. It allows us to see how many billable hours we are spending on each task and stay easily within every client's budget each month.

> **Cons**: Occasionally there are some issues between our task software and Timeneye, but I'm not sure at which side is at fault. After a few refreshes the bug is fixed.

> This has made us realise that we are spending too much time with some clients and they are then not expecting us to bill anything, after we've carried out "quick requests" that end up adding up to several hours over a month.
