> **Pros**: It feels like things are more centrally located in TPS Clous Access compared to the On-Premise version of TPS. This makes it easier to maneuver about the software when working on multiple tasks. The new Workflow section seems to have limitless possibilities on functionality. I am really looking forward to using more of the features that appear to make my time spent on administrative tasks much more efficient.

> **Cons**: Some features that should intuitively be there are not there; i.e. a simple "+" for new time entries, when you can add a new client with a simple "+". Also, have the new time entry intuitively in line with the other time entries so it flows to put in multiple time entries without having to go to the top menu to add a new entry.

We have been working with them for more than 10 years and they have always been professional and very adept at solving our needs and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. I strongly recommend their timekeeping/customer billing software.
