This didn't only happen once. It happened many times. I even have emails where the people would say to stop sending them emails from different realtors. Also, we were told to do a contract for 6 months, and that it would not automatically renew. It did, and since I have Shingles I had been not in service so didn't remember to cancel more then 5 days before, they decided to proceed with charge. By the time I saw the charge they said a few days had passed and couldn't cancel anymore.
