Please read below. > > I accepted a large purchase from a customer and card connect didn't like the large amount so they suspended my account and refused to deposit my funds into my account for many weeks. It was over a month until they deposited my funds. The sale was completely legitimate. I confirmed the funds had left his bank and transferred to card connect. With no reason and no response to my inquiries, card connect kept my money. I had to change to a different service and for months after that, they continued to charge me over $50 a month and refused to make a refund even though I didn't even charge .01 penny.
