Neste contexto, o Authfy poderá ser utilizado como uma camada de abstração para autenticação em sistemas distintos, independente do formato do login do usuário.

> **Cons**: Não creio que seja um recurso que falte, mas precisamos entender melhor como o Authfy pode nos auxiliar em processos de autenticação segura e MFA em contexto de Callcenters (escalas de trabalho distintas, compartilhamento de hardware entre turnos de trabalho, evitar não repúdio de atividades nestas operações, etc.).
