Drill-down capabilities and automation help to remedy issues before they impact response times and availability.  An extensive set of APIs and easy-to-integrate third-party monitoring tools.

> **Cons**: Still missing some core monitoring capabilities. Like monitoring of certificates.
The UI for dashboards/Services still needs some fine tuning (but who doesn’t).
Still some way to go on the documentation but keeps getting better as well.
